FIRST SERVICE PACKAGES
A new yacht service yard needs a clear place to start. Today, I narrowed the first service ideas to three possible packages: Seasonal Care, Interior Refit and Technical Maintenance.
THE NEXT STEP
These are early ideas, not a final service menu or price list. Each package would require a different mix of people, tools, materials and workspace.
The next step is to compare what each option requires with the services already offered by established yards. I won’t choose by guesswork.
